How can I enable tracking?

Allowing tracking for our Playful Rewards in your device settings IS MANDATORY for you to receive your rewards. Your task and mission progress will not update unless Tracking is Enabled. 

Here's how you can enable it on Android:

1. Go to Settings > Apps (or Applications).
2. Find and select Playful Rewards.
3. Tap on Permissions and make sure permissions for Storage, Location, and any others the app requires are enabled.
4. Next, go to Special app access > Usage access.
5. Find Playful Rewards and toggle Allow usage tracking on. This allows the app to track your progress in games.

Or iOS:

1. Go to Privacy & Security > Tracking
2. Find Playful Rewards and toggle Allow usage tracking on.

While you are playing, please also make sure that:

• You're using a stable Wi-Fi or data connection.
• You've turned off battery optimization and keep our app running in the background.
